The above listed prices refer to the guide service only. They don’t include entrance fees, museum tickets or any other extra service. Extras must be calculated apart and directly paid by the client.
Service conditions
Every service is confirmed when the client receives an E-mail or fax confirmation message by PromoGuideSiena.
In case a guided tour is cancelled later than 48 hours before the tour, as well as in case the client doesn’t attend the tour (no show), the whole price will be charged.
In case of delay without notice of the client the guide waits no longer than one hour and a half. After this time limit the guide leaves the meeting point and the full cost of the guided tour will be charged.
In case of delay with notice of the client the guide remains at the client’s disposal until the time originally scheduled as normal end of the tour.
Paying conditions
The guide service can be either prepaid, with a bank transfer, or paid at the end of the guided tour.
